Ordering information

1. There is no total minimum order amount. You may order any amount you like.

   
   
2. Because all of our products are handmade, so the size, weight and color of our beads product seen in our galleries are approximate only. It might has small variance but we will always try to make it as close as possible.
   
   
3. Payment options :
   - PayPal
   - Credit Card : Master Card, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER, e-CHECK (all through PayPal)
   - T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or Wire Transfer
   - Bank Check
   
   
4. Shipping options :
   - Express Courier : EMS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS. (Delivery time : approx. 3 working days).
   - Air Cargo. (Delivery time : approx. 5 working days).
   - Sea Cargo. (Delivery time : depend on desination)
   
   * When we finish with your order, we will give you the shipping options detail so you can choose which option suitable for you.
   
   
5. Production time :
   All of our products are made to order only.
   The production time is approx 2 - 6 weeks depend on the quantity ordered and also our production line situation.
   If we can finish it faster, we will inform you as soon as possible.
   
   
6. Ordering steps :
   - Return the order form to us for processing.
   - Once we receive your order, we will email you a confirmation letter / invoice.
   - Then if you OK with the invoice, we need 50% deposit in advance to enable us start processing your order.
   - The balance + shipping charges can be paid later when we ready to ship your order.
