  • There is minimum order quantity for each item apply.

  • Because all of our product is handmade, so the size, weight and color of our beads product seen on our website are approximate only. It might has small variance but we will always try to make it as close as possible.

  • Payment options :

    - T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or Wire Transfer (additional $30 apply)
    - Bank Check (for US customer only)
    - Western Union / Money Gram

  • Shipping options :
    - Express Couriers : EMS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS.
    - Air Cargo.
    - Sea Cargo.

    * When we finish with your order, we will help you to find the best shipping rate among those express couriers.

  • Production time :
    All of our products are made to order only.
    The production time is approx 2 - 6 weeks depend on the quantity ordered and also our production line situation.

  • Ordering steps :
    - To order, please inform us the code number of the item you like to order.
    - Once we receive the code number, we will email you a proforma invoice.
    - Then if you OK with the invoice, we need 50% deposit to enable us start processing your order.
    - The balance + shipping charges can be paid later when we ready to ship your order.
